UoC Foundation or other equivalent programme:
- Pass with CGPA 2.00* and pass in English and credits in Mathematics and ONE Science subject (Biology/Chemistry/Physics/General Science) at SPM or Equivalent
STPM: Pass with Grade C (GPA 2.00) in any TWO subjects and pass in English and credit in Mathematics and Science at the SPM level or Equivalent.
A Level: Pass with Grade D in any TWO subjects and a credit (Grade C) in Science at O-Levels or Equivalent.
UEC: Minimum Grade B in 5 subjects, including the following:
- Biology
- Physics/Mathematics
- Chemistry
Diploma in Related Field: Diploma (Level 4, MQF) / Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM)
- Pass with at least a CGPA of 2.00*
