• Candidates with a pass (Grade E) in Mathematics at the SPMt/ equivalent can be accepted but need to take the reinforcement Mathematics course offered in the Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Program.

RELATED DIPLOMA: Pass *Diploma in Computing field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50

• Candidate with CGPA below 2.50 but more than 2.00 may be admitted subject te a through internal evaluation process

OTHER DIPLOMA: Pass *Diploma in Non-Computing studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.75

• Candidate with CGPA below 2.75 but more than 2.50 may be admitted subject to a thorough internal evaluation process

DIPLOMA VOKASIONAL MALAYSIA/DIPLOMA KEMAHIRAN MALAYSIA/DIPLOMA LATIHAN KEMAHIRAN MALAYSIA

• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and Senate's approval in :

A-LEVEL: Pass *A-LEVEL with a minimum of Grade D in any TWO (2) subjects:+ Math (SPM) E

Certificate Unified Examination (UEC): Pass *UEC with a minimum of Grade B in FIVE (5) subjects including :

• Math B
• English B
• 1 subject Science or ICT B

International Programme Baccalaureate Diploma (IB): Pass *IB with total Points of 24 including : Math+ Math (SPM) E

OTHERS: South Australian Matriculation (SAM), Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT), South Australian Certificate Education (SACE), Western Australian Certificate Education (WACE), Oversea Preparatory Programme, Australian Capital Territory (Year12), Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Pass American Degree Transfer Programme (ADTP) with CGPA 2.00 in 2 years or Other tertiary

• Pass with a minimum of Grade C (or 60%)

Math C + Math (SPM) E

*Notes:

• Candidates can be admitted if their admission quatrication contains Mathematics subject (s) equivalent to Mathematics at SPM level.
• If it is not equivalent, the reinforcement Mathematics subject equivalent to the SPM level must be offered in first semester or before enrolment with an unconditional offer

For Malaysian Students:

Malaysian students may enrol without MUET. However, students are required to complete MUET during duration of study (before graduation).

• IELTS: 5.0 and above
• TOEFL: 500 and above
• TOEFL: Internet Based Test: 42 and above is also accepted.
• MUET: Malaysia University English Test:  Band 1 and above

For International Students:

International students are required to have one of the English proficiency score stated below to enrol in UNITEN.

Bachelor students who do not fulfill this English requirement are required to sit for the Intensive English Programme (IEP) and pass the requirement below before starting their Bachelor programme.

• MUET: Malaysia University English Test: Band 3.5 and above
• IELTS: International English Language Testing System: 5.0 and above
• TOEFL: Test of English as a Foreign Language: 500 (TOEFL) or 42 (TOEFL Internet Based Test) and above
