- Malaysian citizen
- Obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.00

Additional Requirement:
- Active in sports by providing evidence of experience or involvement in the field, and having at least represented the state/national level or having been a former athlete/referee/team manager
- Certified to be free from serious physical disabilities and mental illnesses, serious infectious diseases, and has never been convicted of any criminal activity that would have implications as a medical practitioner. Failure to provide valid and accurate information, especially regarding one’s health status as a future medical practitioner, may result in the application being rejected and/or termination of studies in this field.
- Obtain a minimum of Band 3.0 in MUET for examinations starting from Session 1 of the year 2021, or Band 3.0 for examinations up to the year 2020, according to the validity period on the date of application
- Applicants without MUET but with the following results may be considered for conditional admission, provided they fulfil MUET requirement within ONE (1) academic session:
- Obtain at least Band 4.5 (Academic) in IELTS; or
- Obtain a minimum score of 33 in TOEFL iBT (Centre-based)
