- Taylor's Foundation in Arts (FIA): Pass with min. CGPA 2.00
- Taylor's Foundation in Communication (FICM): Pass with min. CGPA 2.00
- Taylor's Diploma in Communication (DICM): Pass with min. CGPA 2.00
- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM): CC
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC):
- Pass with min. 5Bs including English
- Students without a Grade B in UEC English may be admitted if the student has a C in English at SPM or equivalent
- A Level: Min. DD (2 subjects)
- South Australian Matriculation (SAM)/SACE International: Min. ATAR 55
- Canadian Pre-University (CPU): Min. average of 55% in 6 subjects
- International Baccalaureate (IB): Min. 24 points in 6 subjects
- Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): 50%
- Foundation/Pre-University/Diploma/Matriculation:
- Pass Foundation/Pre-University/Diploma/Matriculation from institutions recognised by MOE with min CGPA 2.0.
- Pass Diploma from any other institution recognised by MOHE with min CGPA 2.0
- Pass Diploma in Media and Communication or its equivalent; or (Pre-requisite of credit in English at SPM level or equivalent is not required)
- Pass Matriculation from an institution recognised by MOHE; or Any other equiv. qualification recognized by M'sian Government.

- SPM/O Level with Pre-U/Foundation: SPM/O Level or equivalent, 5 credits including English for entry with pre-university/foundation qualification.
