About Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology (KLUST)
Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology (KLUST) is a private university located in Kajang, Selangor. It was first established in 1998 as Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) before rebranding to KLUST in 2025. The focus of Kumpulan Ikram’s tertiary education activities, it aims to be a leading Science & Technology University in ASEAN.
KLUST offers many home-grown pre-university, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in various fields of study including Accounting, Communication, Engineering, Information Technology and Architecture. They also offer short courses in foreign languages, public speaking and edu-tourism.
All programmes offered by KLUST are approved by both the Ministry of Education and Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA). Additionally, their programmes are also recognised by professional bodies such as Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Washington Accord, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM), Land Surveyors Board (LJT) and Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
