Key Job Deliverables
1. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance according to approved PVM / PM schedules.
2. Carry out inspection, servicing, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, alignment, calibration, and replacement of wear components.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, automation, and equipment-related faults within scope.
4. Perform breakdown and corrective maintenance to restore equipment safely and minimize downtime.
5. Inspect equipment for abnormal noise, vibration, temperature, leakage, wear, damage, or unsafe conditions.
6. Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, chains, belts, pumps, sensors, electrical components, and related parts.
7. Support basic PLC, HMI, drives, control systems, instrumentation, weighing / measuring, and calibration activities where applicable.
8. Maintain plant machinery, production equipment, utilities, and mobile / automotive equipment according to the assigned area.
9. Inspect and maintain safety devices, interlocks, emergency stops, guards, and other safety-critical systems.
10. Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, modification, overhaul, shutdown, and major repair activities.
11. Maintain maintenance records, inspection / calibration reports, breakdown reports, and PM checklists.
12. Support spare parts identification, inventory verification, tool control, and material requirements.
13. Comply with LOTO, PPE, maintenance safety, environmental requirements, and 5S standards.
Technical & General Skills Requirement
Strong mechanical maintenance and equipment servicing skills.
Basic to intermediate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting capability.
Basic instrumentation, calibration, sensor, PLC, and HMI troubleshooting knowledge.
Understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, service instructions, and maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of LOTO, PPE, equipment isolation, and maintenance safety requirements.
Ability to use maintenance tools and measuring instruments safely.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and abnormality identification capability.
Good documentation, reporting, communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
Willingness to work shifts / shutdowns and commitment to 5S, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Professional / Technical Qualification(s)
Certificate, Diploma, SKM, PW2/PW4 or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automotive, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment servicing, instrumentation, automotive / heavy equipment maintenance, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance with basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, PLC/HMI, calibration, and safety systems.
Ability to read equipment manuals, maintenance procedures and technical drawings; knowledge of LOTO, maintenance safety, documentation, and 5S.
