Which are the best universities in the world for 2023?

Times Higher Education has finally released its World University Rankings for the year 2023. Ranking 1,799 universities across 104 countries around the world, competition has never been tougher.

For the seventh year in a row, Oxford University (UK) comes up on top. Harvard University follows at number 2 with University of Cambridge and Stanford University sharing the third spot.

But what about our local universities? How did Malaysian universities fare in the ranking?

An improvement from last year’s 9 entries, this year saw a total of 11 universities making it into the top 1,000 with Universiti Malaya (UM) leading the way in the 351-400 range. Get all the info with the infographic below.
