Course Highlights
- Discover the formulation of cosmetics products including skincare products, oral products, hair products and colour cosmetics, perfume and aromatherapy products and be exposed to the therapeutic applications of these products through beauty therapy, facial therapy and scalp and hair therapy courses
- Be taught by lecturers with backgrounds in pharmacy, biomedical and cosmetic sciences, cosmetics practitioners and even government staff to gain exposure on important cosmetics regulations
- Understand what ingredients and materials are safe in producing cosmetic products that consumers use and be exposed to the evidence-based ingredients needed to produce state-of-the-art cosmetic products that can benefit consumers
- Learn through teaching methodologies such as interactive lectures and tutorials, hands-on laboratory sessions, written assessments on the scope of cosmetics, attachments at various beauty spa and cosmetics manufacturers, and industrial training at cosmetics manufacturing sites

Entry Requirements
- SPM: Pass with 3 Credits in any subjects
- STPM: Pass with minimum Grade C (GPA 2.00) in one subject
- STAM: Pass (Maqbul grade)
- UEC: Pass with minimum Grade B in any 3 subjects
- International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)/O Level: Pass with minimum Grade C in any 3 subjects
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM Level 2 or 3) in a related field: And pass in SPM with credit in one subject.
- Certificate (Level 3, MQF): Pass certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
