- A Level: 2 Grade D
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Grade B in 5 subjects
- South Australian Matriculation (SAM): Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 relevant subjects
- Canadian Pre-University (CPU): Average of 70% in 2 relevant subjects (and 4 other subjects)
- Matriculation/Foundation from any Institutions of Higher Learning recognised by the Malaysian Government: Minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Diploma (Level 4, KKM) in the relevant field: Minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government; AND
- All applicants MUST pass personal suitability and readiness interview
