Entry Requirements
- STPM: 2 Passes of Grade C and a credit in SPM Mathematics/equivalent
- A Level: 2 Passes of minimum Grade D and a credit in SPM Mathematics/O Level Mathematics/equivalent
- UEC: Grade B in 5 subjects and a credit in SPM Mathematics/Grade B in 1 UEC Mathematics subject/equivalent
- SAM: Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects and a credit in SPM Mathematics/O Level Mathematics/equivalent
- CPU: Average of 70% in 2 relevant subjects (and 4 other subjects) and a credit in SPM Mathematics/O Level Mathematics/equivalent
- Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology/Information Systems/equivalent from other Institutions of Higher Learning/Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT): CGPA 2.5 and a credit in SPM Mathematics/equivalent
- Note: Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 may be admitted subject to a rigorous internal assessment process
- UTAR Foundation:
- Foundation in Arts and a credit in SPM Mathematics/equivalent
- Foundation in Science and a credit in SPM Mathematics/equivalent
- Matriculation/Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning and a credit in SPM Mathematics/equivalent
