- Applicant must be a Malaysian Muslim, active UTP student, minimum GPA and CGPA of 2.50, and a per capita income of RM1,465 or below
- Students must complete his/her studies at UTP
- Students under full sponsorship of other financial providers are not entitled to apply. For example YUTP Full Scholarship, MARA, JPA and equivalent.
