Entry Requirements
- STPM: Minimum CGPA of 3.00 with Grade B in Chemistry OR
- A Level: Grade BBB or ABC or AAC in 3 subjects: Biology and Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics
- Matriculation/Pre-School of Medicine and Pharmacy: Minimum CGPA of 3.00 with Grade B in Chemistry OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Minimum CGPA of 3.50
- Diploma in Science (Biology/Chemistry/Physics): Minimum CGPA of 3.75
- First Degree in Science: Minimum CGPA of 2.75 @ Grade C+
- IB: 30 points, Chemistry (minimum B or equivalent) and 1 science subjects/mathematics at Higher level (HL) and 1 Science subject at Standard Level (SL)
- Other requirements: Pass in SPM with at least grade C in Bahasa Malaysia and English AND Minimum Five (5) Grade B in: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and One other subjects AND PASS MUET with at least band 3 (before graduation)
