- SPM/SPMV: Pass with a minimum of 3 credits; including mathematics, OR
- O-Level: Pass with a minimum of grade C in 3 subjects; including mathematics, OR
- STPM or an equivalent qualification: Pass with a minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any subject; and pass mathematics OR
- STAM: Pass with a minimum rank of Maqbul and pass mathematics OR
- Certificate (MQF Level 3) or any equivalent qualification in related fields: Pass a with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
- SKM Level 3 (MQF Level 3) in related fields: Pass with a minimum of one semester Bridging Program conducted concurrently by UGM
- Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Access (APEL A – T4): Pass and pass interview conducted by Lembaga Jurukur Tanah (LJT)
