• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent, as accepted by the UNITAR Senate; OR
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
• A Bachelor’s Degree (non-related field) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, subject to the completion of prerequisite courses; OR
• A Bachelor’s Degree (non-related field) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, subject to a rigorous internal assessment AND the completion of prerequisite courses; OR
• Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian government as equivalent to the above requirements

APEL.A (Level 7, MQF) Admission

• Applicants may also apply through the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL.A) pathway, provided they meet the following:
  • A Malaysian citizen; AND
  • At least 30 years of age in the year of application; AND
  • Possess STPM / Diploma / A-Levels / equivalent qualifications; AND
  • Have relevant work experience / prior experiential learning; AND
  • Pass the APEL Assessment
