Entry Requirements
- Taylor’s Foundation in Science (FIS): Min. CGPA 3.00 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics (Provided no score for any subject is less than C (GPA 2.0), the course is not less than 1 year in the same accredited institution, and student meets prerequisite)
- Diploma in Health Sciences: Min. CGPA 3.50 with min. 2Bs each in Biology and/or Chemistry and/or Physics and 3 credits each in English, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and another subject at SPM or its equivalent (Provided the course is not less than 5 semesters/2.5 years in the same accredited institution)
- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM): Min. BBB, ABC or AAC or CGPA 3.0 in 3 subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Pass with min. B4 in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Advanced Mathematics 1 / Mathematics, and Advanced Mathematics II / Advanced Mathematics
- A Level: Min. BBB / ABC / AAC in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
- AUSMAT (SACEi): Min. ATAR 80 including Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics or Aggregate / Average of 80% or the equivalent of B in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
- Canadian Pre-University (CPU) / Canadian International Matriculation Programme / Canadian Grade 12 / 13 / Ontario Secondary School Diploma Grade 12: Min. average of 80% in 3 subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics / Mathematics
- International Baccalaureate (IB): Min. 33 points including 2 science subjects (Biology and Chemistry) at Higher Level (HL) and Mathematics at HL with a min. score of 5 each in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics
- Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): Aggregate or the equivalent of B in 3 subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics / Mathematics) or ATAR 80% in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
- Matriculation in Science (by Ministry of Education Malaysia): Pass with CGPA 3.00 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics (provided no score for any subject is less than C (GPA 2.0), the course is not less than 1 year in the same accredited institution, and student must meet prerequisite/ CGPA 3.0 in Degree in Health Science, Pure Science or Applied Science/ CGPA 3.5 in Degree in the Arts or Humanities)

Prerequisites
- SPM / O-Level: A pass in SPM/O-level or equivalent with 5Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and another subject at school level or its equivalent
Interview
- All eligible candidates are required to attend an interview.
Health Requirements
- The student should be at least 18 years old
- Prior to admission, students are required to undergo a medical examination to ensure they are in good health and free of transmissible diseases
- They also need to comply with the immunisation and infection risk policy

- The minimum entry requirements are subject to meet current requirements set by the Ministry of Higher Education / Malaysian Qualifications Agency / Malaysia Medical Council
- The above Pre-requisite is not applicable for the following qualifications: STPM, A-level.
- All other exit qualifications from secondary school must be read with SPM/O level or equivalent.
- Graduates from a medical programme who seek employment in the public sector shall attain a pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English at SPM or its equivalent
