This programme aims to meet the needs of the constantly expanding culinary sector and will provide adequate classical skills of boulangerie arts through all its practical workshops
Be equipped with the necessary competencies relevant in supervising and managing a bakery division of any hotel or managing bakeries as an entrepreneur
Unlike general cooking courses, this bakery arts course is dedicated to the wonders of bread-making and viennoiserie, and covers the complex processes involved in creating perfect croissants, danishes and other laminated dough products
Upon graduation, you will be awarded not only a recognised diploma from La Fondation Le Cordon Bleu but also a Highfield Food Safety Qualification (An Internationally Recognised Hygiene Certificate)
