Entry Requirements
- SPM: Minimum of THREE (3) credits in any subject and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/ Applied Science
- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM): Minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/ Applied Science; at SPM level
- Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM): Minimum grade of Maqbul and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/ Applied Science at SPM level
- Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in the relevant fields: At least a CGPA of 2.00 and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/ Applied Science at SPM level
- SKM Level 3, MQF in the relevant fields: The HEPs are required to conduct screening and provide appropriate bridging courses in Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Science/ Applied Science
- Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government of Malaysia
