Entry Requirements
- STPM: Grades BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e. Biology,Physics or Mathematics with minimum Grade B in Chemistry.
- A Level: Grades BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e. Biology,Chemistry,Physics or Mathematics with minimum Grade B in Chemistry.
- Matriculation: Grades BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e: Biology,Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics with minimum Grade B in Chemistry
- AND Provided the programme is not less than 1 year and completed in the same institution.
- UEC: B4 in 5 subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Advanced Mathematics and Any other subject.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma: A minimum of 30 points overall and attained a minimum score of 5 each in 3 of the following subjects: Biology,Chemistry,Physics or Mathematics with a minimum of 2 at Higher Level (HL) and 1 at Standard Level
- Degree in Health or Medical or Pure or Applied Sciences: CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0), minimum of Band 3.5 in the MUET upon graduation OR 0 in IELTS
- Diploma in Pharmacy or Diploma in Health Sciences or equivalent: CGPA 3.5 (out of 4.0)
- AND Provided the programme is not less than 5 semesters or 2½ years and completed in the same institution
- AND Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2 Bs each in: Chemistry,Biology/Physics/Maths
- AND Credits in 3 other subjects including English (OR)
- O Level: 2 Bs each in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Maths and Credits in 3 other subjects
- Pre-medical/Pharmacy/Foundation in Science: Grades BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e. Biology and Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics with minimum Grade B in Chemistry
- Provided the programme is not less than 1 year and completed in the same institution AND
