Entry Requirements
- STPM/General Certificate Of Education Advanced (A Level): Grades BBB, ABC or AAC in THREE (3) subjects, i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics
- UEC: Grade B4 each in FIVE (5) subjects, i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Additional Mathematics
- Matriculation/Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical Course: CGPA 3.00 (out of 4) in THREE (3) subjects, i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics, provided the course is not less than 1 year in the same accredited institution. The minimum entry qualification is Grade B each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and another subject at School Certificate level
- Diploma in Health Sciences: CGPA 3.50 (out of 4), provided the course is not less than 5 semesters or 2 1/2 years in the same accredited institution. The minimum entry qualification is TWO (2) Bs each in Biology and/or Chemistry and/or Physics and THREE (3) credits each in English and Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and another subject at School Certificate level
- Degree in Health/Pure/Applied Sciences: CGPA 3.00 (out of 4) for a 5 year undergraduate medical programme
- Degree in the Arts/Humanities: CGPA 3.50 (out of 4) for a 5 year undergraduate medical programme
- Other Qualifications: Examination or any other foundation programme in the sciences, approved by MOHE
- MUET: Band 4
