The Diploma in Beauty and Health is a comprehensive program that prepares students for a rewarding career in the beauty and wellness industry.
- The program integrates theoretical knowledge and practical skills, covering a wide range of topics such as skincare, makeup artistry, hair services, nail care, body slimming, salon management, and customer service excellence.
- It also emphasizes personal development, creativity, and ethical practices, along with foundational knowledge in health, nutrition, and mental well-being.
- Through hands-on training and industrial placements, students gain real-world experience, enabling them to confidently pursue roles such as beauticians, makeup artists, spa managers, or wellness consultants in the rapidly growing beauty sector.
Entry Requirements
- SPM: Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one Science subject and one any other subject, or its equivalent
- STPM: Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject, or its equivalent; and possess SPM with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject and one any other subject, or its equivalent
- STAM: Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul, or its equivalent; and possess SPM with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject and one any other subject, or its equivalent
- STAM: Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul, or its equivalent; and possess SPM with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject and one any other subject, or its equivalent
- SKM: Pass Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) (Level 3, MQF) in a related field and possess SPM with one (1) credit
- CERTIFICATE: A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, or its equivalent
- UES: Passed UEC with minimum 3Cs (including Mathematics and a Science Subject) and a Pass in English
- OTHER: Other qualifications as recognised by the Senate of MAHSA University as equivalent to SPM
Note: The credit requirement at SPM level for candidate in categories (ii) and (iii) can be waived should the grades obtained at the STPM / STAM level are equivalent/higher.
