Entry Requirements
- Possess a medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or MBBCh, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
- Full Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration with Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Minimum 18 months of orthopaedics clinical experience and below the age 40 years old at the time of entry into the programme
- Pass the Medical Specialist Pre-entrance Examination (MedEx) with band 4.0 and above
- Pass Selection for Postgraduate Orthopaedic Training (SPOT) exam

Year 1
- Clinical rotations in General Orthopaedics Trauma Surgery
- Development of Clinical Problem-Solving, Decision-Making Skills and Management of General Orthopaedics Trauma
Year 2 to Year 4
- Clinical rotations in Various Orthopaedics Subspecialities
- Development of Clinical Problem-Solving, Decision-Making Skills and Management of Various Orthopaedics Subspecialities
- Orthopaedics Subspecialty Rotations:
- Spinal Surgery
- Orthopaedic Oncology
- Paediatric Orthopaedics
- Upper Limb and Hand Micro Surgery
- Arthroscopy, Sports and Joint Reconstruction
- Arthroplasty
