Entry Requirements
- Engineering Technology Diploma / Any Equivalent Qualification:
- Pass in SPM with at least credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia +Pass Sejarah AND
- Possess a Diploma or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the University Senate AND
- Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.30 from a recognised institution and approved by the University Senate AND
- MUET at least Band 2.0 AND
- Credit exemption is subject to the consideration and approval of the Faculty AND
- Pass or complete the diploma qualification before the application deadline
- Engineering Diploma / Any Equivalent Qualification:
- Pass in SPM with at least credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia + Pass Sejarah AND
- Possess a Diploma or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the University Senate AND

- STPM:
- Pass in SPM with at least a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia + Pass Sejarah + a credit (Grade C) in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics AND
- Pass in STPM with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in each of the following subjects:
- Pengajian Am + Mathematics (M)/Mathematics (T) + Physics/Chemistry/Biology AND
- MUET at least Band 2.0
- Matriculation KPM / Foundation UM / Foundation UiTM / Foundation PINTAR UKM / Other Recognised Foundation Programmes::
- Pass in SPM with a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia + Pass Sejarah + Candidates with Biology must have at least a credit (Grade C) in Physics AND
- Pass Matriculation/Foundation with at least Grade C (2.00) in the following subjects:
- Mathematics + Physics / Chemistry/Biology/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Civil Engineering/Basic Engineering AND
- MUET at least Band 2.0
- Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia(DKM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM):
- Pass in SPM with a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia + Pass Sejarah + Pass Mathematics/Physics/Science + (Grade E) English AND
- Pass DKM/DLKM with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/score of 80% and above in a related field from the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) and approved by the University
Senate AND - MUET at least Band 2.0 AND
- Pass or complete the diploma qualification before the application deadline AND
- Admission is for Year 1 only with no credit exemptions
