Looking to level up your pastry skills? Try your hand at the Baking Trial Class hosted by MIB College!
This 15 August 2026, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the recipe for chocolate tortino with ice cream from Chef Bryan, who won Excellent Gold at the World Chefs Championship 2026. No experience? No worries, as professional guidance will be provided every step of the way.
Take the chance to experience hands-on learning in a real classroom setting, fully decked out with professional baking equipment. You will also be able to gain valuable insights into their array of course offerings, including part-time and full-time study options in Baking, Culinary Arts, Molecular Gastronomy and more.
