This time, there will be a live cuisine demo on salted caramel tart by Head Pastry Chef Instructor Sarju Ranavaya, as well as a demo on potato risotto with lion’s mane mushroom by Cuisine Chef Instructor Julien Bartement. So take this chance to explore your future in the world of culinary arts!
