Ever wondered how split-second decisions are made in the high-stakes world of professional trading? Curious about the real-world power of blockchain beyond cryptocurrency? Or interested in how data analytics is transforming accounting and finance today?
Explore these fields at the APU x EduAdvisor Wall Street Day, hosted in joint collaboration by Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) and EduAdvisor! Happening this 7 February 2026, this half-day event is packed with interactive, beginner-friendly activities related to trading, data analytics and blockchain technology.
Choose from one of three specialised workshops:
- Trading Floor Speedrun: Discover if you have the discipline to trade like a pro. You’ll learn how markets move based on supply, demand and news, and learn how top traders master their emotions and manage risk to stay ahead of the game.
- Storytelling with Power BI: Unlock the power of financial data. You’ll learn how Microsoft Power BI is used to transform messy numbers into meaningful insights and see how visual dashboards can be used to interpret patterns and identify outliers to make informed business decisions.
- Blockchain Builder Challenge: Go beyond the crypto hype to explore the true power of blockchain. You'll learn exactly what makes this technology so secure and how it is being used to build trust and transparency in the real world.
Alongside these exciting activities, you can also connect with APU to learn more about their tech-focused study programmes and tour their state-of-the-art facilities, which include their Financial Trading Centre. Education advisors will also be available during the workshop to help you apply to their programmes and answer any questions you may have.
That’s not all. You’ll also receive a Certificate of Participation to highlight your achievement!
Seats are limited and free for the first 30 students so make sure to register as soon as you can.

- Fee: Free for 30 students, RM80 thereafter
This workshop is ideal for secondary school leavers (SPM, IGCSE) and pre-university and foundation students who are interested in studying accounting and finance.
