Notes:
- Student who do not have a credit in Bahasa Melayu at the SPM level must register for MPU3213/03 Bahasa Kebangsaan A.
- Those who already have a credit in Bahasa Melayu at the SPM level are required to register for MPU3223/03 Decision Making Skills.
- The KIAR course needs to be taken only once during the entire study period for a student, whether at Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor levels. Completing the KIAR course enables a student to receive an exemption at the next level of study. The student will need to take another course to fulfill the graduation credit hours at the undergraduate level.

Entry Requirements
- STPM: A pass with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any 2 Mathematics or Science subjects or its equivalent; OR
- UEC III: Minimum 5 Grade B including any 2 Mathematics or Science subjects or its equivalent; OR
- A-Level or HSC: Minimum Grade D in any 2 Mathematics or Science subjects or its equivalent ; OR
- Diploma in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.0; OR
- Diploma in Vocational/Technical/Skills in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.5, pass bridging courses*; OR
- Matriculation/Foundation in Science/Engineering qualification: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00, or any equivalent qualification; OR
- Any other Diploma in Science or Business studies: Minimum CGPA of 2.5 may be admitted subject to a rigorous internal assessment** possess and a credit in Mathematics at the SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
* Bridging courses must be passed in the first year of studies.
