Entry Requirements
- SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (SPM)
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in the Malay Language subject and pass the History subject AND SPECIFIC PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
- Meet the General Requirements of the University and SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM:
- Obtained at least Grade C in TWO (2) subjects that have not yet been counted for honours
- AND Pass in English Language subject.
- SIJIL TINGGI PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (STPM)
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in the Malay Language subject and pass the History subject AND SPECIFIC PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
- Meet the General Requirements of the University and SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM:
- Possess a Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject.
- SIJIL INSTITUT PENILAIAN NEGARA (INSPEN)
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in the Malay Language subject and pass the History subject AND SPECIFIC PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
- Meet the General Requirements of the University and SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM:
- Pass the Real Estate Valuation Certificate (SPHT) and Real Estate Management Certificate (SPGT) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- POLYTECHNIC CERTIFICATE
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in the Malay Language subject and pass the History subject AND SPECIFIC PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
- Meet the General Requirements of the University and SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM:
- Possess a Polytechnic Certificate at MQF Level 3 and related to the Diploma programme applied for with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- SIJIL KEMAHIRAN MALAYSIA / SIJIL KOLEJ KOMUNITI (SKM) / (SKK)
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in the Malay Language subject and pass the History subject AND SPECIFIC PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
- Meet the General Requirements of the University and SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM:
- Possess a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia / Sijil Kolej Komuniti at MQF Level 3 and related to the Diploma programme applied for with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- SIJIL TINGGI AGAMA MALAYSIA (STAM)
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Possess a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) with at least THREE (3) credits including Malay Language and a pass in History in the SPM examination. AS WELL AS THE PROGRAMME SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Meet the General Requirements of the University and SPECIAL REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM:
- Possess a Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least a Maqbul Grade.
- SIJIL VOKASIONAL MALAYSIA (SVM)
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Having a Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) with at least credit in Malay Language (Code 1104) AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENT OF THE PROGRAM.
- Meet the University's General Requirements and Specific REQUIREMENTS of the Program:
- Possess a Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) with an Academic GPA ≥ 3.33;
- AND a Vocational GPA ≥ 3.67;
- AND Pass in English Language subject.
- O LEVEL
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Having a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least credits including Malay Language / Malay Language July Paper AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF THE PROGRAM.
- Meet the University's General Requirements and Specific REQUIREMENTS of the Program:
- Possess GCE O Level qualifications with at least Grade C in any TWO (2) subjects.
- APEL A
- Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: Pass the MQA APEL A assessment AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS PROGRAM
- Meet the University's General Requirements; and Special Program Requirements:
- Pass the MQA APEL-A assessment by fulfilling the requirements of the requested program area.
