Entry Requirements
- STPM: Minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any 2 subjects
- STAM: MInimum Grade Jayyid
- A Level: Minimum Grade D in any 2 subjects
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Grade B in 5 subjects
- South Australian Matriculation (SAM): Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects
- Canadian Pre-University (CPU): Average of 70% in any 6 subjects)
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma: Diploma with a minimum of 24 points (excluding bonus points)
- The TVET diplomas such as DKM / DVM / DLKM:
- The DKM/DLKM/DVM must be fully accredited by MQA
- Required a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or CGPA 2.00 with at least 2 years working experience in relevant field subject to Senate/Academic Boards approval
- Students will be required to pass the admission screening process conducted by the faculty and undergo the Bridging programme, if necessary, during the period of their study in addition to the existing curriculum structure
- Credit transfer can be considered on a case-to-case basis and subject to existing credit transfer policies which are in effect
- Foundation in the relevant field, UTAR: At least CGPA 2.0
- Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning: At least CGPA 2.0
- Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education: At least CGPA 2.0
- Diploma from Institutions of Higher Learning (Level 4, MQF): At least CGPA 2.0
- Advanced Diploma (LEvel 5, MQF): At least CGPA 2.0
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
- General Requirements: All applicants will be required to attend and pass an internal assessment on logical thinking
Logical Thinking Test:
- Applicants must take a logical thinking test, either in person at the university or online. If the test is taken online, the student will be proctored online. A detailed description of the testing procedures and submission of responses will be provided
- The panel reserves the right to invite the applicant for an interview if questions arise.
- Note: Exemption from the requirement to attend an internal assessment will be considered for applicants with Foundation/Matriculation/Diploma in the relevant field or equivalent qualifications
Local Students
- Malaysian applicants with STPM/UEC/qualfications not conducted fully in English must have a Credit in English language at SPM level

- Those who do not meet the above English language requirements but obtain a pass in English language at SPM level / equivalent are required to take the English Enhancement Programme and pass at the English Levels 7 & 8 before joining the Bachelor's degree programme
