- For September 2023 Intake: 30 points with a minimum of 2 Science subjects or Mathematics at Higher level (HL) and 1 Science subject at Standard level (SL) and attained a minimum score of 4 each in Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics
- For September 2024 Intake: Minimum overall score 33 points, 2 science subjects (Biology and Chemistry) at Higher Level (HL) and Mathematics at HL and attained a minimum score of 5 each in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR): CGPA 3.50 and GPA 3.00 for Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics/Physics
- Matriculation/Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical course (not less than 1 year duration in the same accredited institution):
- CGPA of 3.50 (out of 4.00) and GPA 3.00 in 3 subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Mathematics AND
- Minimum of 58s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and another subject (English Language) at SPM/equivalent level
- Monash University Foundation Pre-University Programme:
- Aggregate/average of 80% in 3 subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics OR
- 80% ATAR provided subjects include Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics
- Diploma in Health Sciences (duration of 5 semesters OR 2.5 years in the same accredited institution):
- CGPA of 3.50 (out of 4.00) AND
- Minimum of 28s in Biology/Chemistry/Physics and 3 credits each in English Language, Mathematics/Add. Mathematics and another subject at SPM/equivalent
