- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma:
- Diploma with a minimum overall score of 33 points (excluding bonus points), 2 science subjects (Biology and Chemistry) at Higher Level (HL) and Mathematics at HL AND attained a minimum score of 5 each in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics
- Matriculation/Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical course (not less than 1 year duration in the same accredited institution):
- CGPA of 3.50 (out of 4.00) and GPA 3.00 in 3 subjects (minimum Grade C for each subject: Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Mathematics AND
- Minimum of 5Bs in SPM/equivalent level i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and another subject (English Language)
