Entry Requirements
- Master’s degree in Geospatial or related field and accepted by Senate PPT; OR
- Other qualifications equivalent to Masters recognized by the Malaysian Government
- There is no direct entry from Bachelor’s Degree to Doctorate level. Candidates with a Master’s Degree who register for the program by obtaining a GPA of at least 3.67 or more or its equivalent from an academic or TVET program are eligible to apply to change their candidacy to a Doctoral Degree program within one (1) year after registration in the Master’s Degree with the following conditions:
- Demonstrated abilities and capabilities in conducting research at the Doctoral Degree level
- Thorough internal evaluation by the PPT and getting the approval of the PPT Senate: DAN
- Other qualifications set by PPT
- Any equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysian Government
