• SPM: Possess at least three (3) credits in any subjects (inclusive of Mathematics or an equivalent qualification); OR
• STPM: Pass with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in one subject and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level (or equivalent); OR
• STAM: Pass with a minimum grade of Maqbul (Pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level (or equivalent); OR
• SKM Level 3 in a related field:
  • Possess (Candidates without Mathematics may be admitted subject to a rigorous assessment to determine competencies equivalent to SPM-level Mathematics); OR
• Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field: Pass with at least a CGPA of 2.00; OR
• Other relevant and equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
  • a) Candidates may be admitted if their qualification includes Mathematics subject(s) equivalent to SPM-level Mathematics.
  • b) Candidates without a pass in Mathematics at SPM level (or equivalent) may still be admitted but are required to take and pass a reinforcement Mathematics subject, which must be offered in the first semester or before enrolment with unconditional offer

Notes

• a) Candidates with a pass in Mathematics at the SPM level (or equivalent) may be admitted if their qualification contains Mathematics subject(s) equivalent to SPM level
• b) Candidates with a pass in Mathematics at the SPM level (or equivalent) and without a Mathematics subject in their admission qualification must take and pass the reinforcement Mathematics subject equivalent to SPM level. The reinforcement Mathematics subject must be offered in the first semester or before enrolment with unconditional offer.
• c) Candidates with a credit in Computing-related subject(s) at the SPM level (or equivalent) may be given preferential consideration
