Foundation Diploma in Life Sciences – 8 modules (Registered pathway) 

• Completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with minimum Grade C in 2 subjects (excluding English), or equivalent
• Completed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum Grade C in 2 subjects (excluding English), or equivalent
• Completed Senior Middle School 3 (average 55%) in best 5 subjects, excluding English
• ICCE General Certificate Minimum 4 Grade Cs inclusive of Maths, with English Grade C
• American High School Diploma (Grade 10) Minimum 4 Grade Cs inclusive of Maths, with Grade C in English II 

Foundation Diploma in Life Sciences – 6 modules

• Completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with minimum Grade C in 3 subjects (excluding English), or equivalent
• Completed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum Grade C in 3 subjects (excluding English), or equivalent
• One of the above with Mathematics/Statistics Component Passed
• Completed Senior Middle School 3 (average 55%) in best 5 subjects, excluding English

• 6 modules (Advanced standings Case by Case basis)
• Students who receive exemptions to take 6 modules must be justified during admission and records are kept for audit purposes

• IELTS with an overall score of 5.5
• Internet-based TOEFL test score of 46-59 with minimum score of 18 for writing
• TOEIC with a minimum score of 605
• TOFEL Essentials test score of 9-9.5
• Minimum Grade C6 in GCE O-Level English/ Pearson Test for English (PTE-A) test score of 36 - IGCSE “Pass” in English 
• Minimum Grade C in SPM English/B2 in CEFR English/B6 UEC English
• Senior Middle School 3 (Malaysia) English subject with 55%
• Completed of PSB Academy Certificate in English Proficiency (CEP) Level 5
• An equivalent English language qualification
• UTS  Insearch Academic English 3 (eq. to IELTS 5.5)
