About Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA)

Founded in 1967, the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA) is a non-profit institution that has trained and produced thousands of creative professionals who have contributed their creative skills to various industries in this country.

Malaysian Institute of Art Music Department is located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. The campus specialised in all types of musical performance and orchestra. The curriculum incorporates local cultural contents in music composition with a higher level of musical craft performances, which enable students to develop excellent mastery in every musical aspect. 

MIA's main campus is located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. The institution has another branch campus in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
