- SPM/O-Levels:
- Possess SPM or equivalent with PASS in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Three (3) Credits in the following subjects:
- Mathematics or ONE Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science); and
- Any other TWO subject (including Bahasa Malaysia and/or English)
- Possess SPM or equivalent with PASS in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Three (3) Credits in the following subjects:
- STPM/A-level:
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade of C in ONE (1)subject [Grade Point (GP) 2.00]
- STAM:
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (Pass)
- Certificate:
- Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with at least a CGPA of 2.00
- SKM:
- Possess SKM Level 3 in a related field
- Others:
- Other relevant and equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
