- Pass with minimum 5Cs/5 credit (Math, 2 science subjects & 2 other subjects)
- Pass BM & English
UEC: Pass with minimum 4B (include Science and Math)

For Bachelor of Pharmacy:

Pass SPM or equivalent:
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu AND English
- Minimum 5B in: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math / Additional Maths, AND 1 other subject
