CCC and Pass SPM/equivalent with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu; AND
- Credit in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern); AND

- General Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science

STPM:

cGPA 2.50 and Pass SPM/equivalent with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu; AND
- Credit in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern); AND
- Credit in 2 other subjects; AND
Either 1 of the credits below:
- General Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science

UEC:

B in 5 subjects and Pass SPM/equivalent with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu; AND
- Credit in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern); AND
- Credit in 2 other subjects; AND
Either 1 of the credits below:
- General Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science

Ministry of Education Matriculation #:

cGPA 2.50 and Pass SPM/equivalent with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu*; AND

Foundation Studies #:

IMU Foundation in Science or equivalent:

cGPA 2.50 and Pass SPM/equivalent with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu; AND

Either 1 of the credits below:

Diploma:

Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in related field: cGPA2.50 (No credit transfer) OR
Diploma in Nursing: CGPA 2.50 from a recognized institution by Nursing Board Malaysia with minimum 2 years clinical working experience (credit transfer allowed)
And Pass SPM/Equivalent With:
- Credit In Bahasa Melayu; AND
- Credit In Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern); AND
- Credit In 2 Other Subjects; AND
Either 1 Of The Credits Below:
- General Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science

The minimum age requirement for entry into a medical programme is 18 years old during admissions.
