• Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in related field: cGPA2.50 (No credit transfer) OR 
• Diploma in Nursing: CGPA 2.50 from a recognized institution by Nursing Board Malaysia with minimum 2 years clinical working experience (credit transfer allowed)
• And Pass SPM/Equivalent With: 
  • Credit In Bahasa Melayu**; AND
