About Institut Sinaran

Institut Sinaran, a private institution formerly known as Sabah Tshung Tsin Pre-University Centre. It was founded in 1987 and transitioned into a full-fledged institution on 14 July 2002. As the largest Cambridge GCE A-Level Centre in East Malaysia, Institut Sinaran has proudly nurtured over 12,000 students, many of whom have achieved global recognition. With a vision to provide globally recognised and holistic education, Institut Sinaran remains dedicated to providing students with holistic development through quality education, effective pastoral care and a conducive study environment.

Located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Institut Sinaran offers a range of globally accredited programmes spanning Cambridge GCE A-Level, Foundation and Diploma across fields including Science, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting and Arts. Additionally, Institut Sinaran also offers Preparation for IELTS, ACCA Strategic Professional Qualifications and most recently, a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering Technology. These programmes are carefully curated to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their chosen fields, ensuring they are well-prepared for their professional careers.

Situated in Kota Kinabalu, Institut Sinaran is less than a 10-minute drive away from 1Borneo Mall and the University Malaysia Sabah Museum. The campus is also conveniently located near various amenities such as beaches, shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants.
