About DSH Institute of Technology (DIT)

DSH Institute of Technology (DIT) is a private college in Malaysia, located in Danau Kota, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Founded in 1990, the institution started as a specialist in nursing courses and achieved great success, recording a high of 100% passing rate for the Nursing Board Malaysia Registration Examination. 

The institution has since expanded its portfolio, offering a diversified list of diplomas and certificates in areas such as pharmacy, health sciences, occupational safety and health, business, and hospitality and tourism. DSH Institute of Technology also offers post basic programmes that are claimable through the the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), as well as TVET programmes. 

DSH Institute of Technology has strong affiliations with the industry for clinical placement and industrial attachment. Students from the nursing, medical assistant and pharmacy programmes undergo clinical placements at public hospitals, private hospitals such as Damai Service Hospital (which is affiliated to the college), and nursing homes such as Seavoy Nursing Home. Those from the environmental health and occupational health and safety programmes take up industrial attachments at various local authorities and civil service sectors. 

Driven by the vision to guide students to acquire ideas and to develop their skills, DSH Institute of Technology has produced over 1,000 graduates to date, with many demonstrating a proven track record of achieving high work standards. The college also offers various scholarship and financial aid, and provides assistance for job placement after graduation.


Campus Location

DSH Institute of Technology campus is located in Danau Kota, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Retail outlets such as AEON Big and Econsave are at walking distances. Setapak Central mall as a shopping centre can be found as well. As for transit facilities, bus stops and LRT such as LRT Wangsa Maju are located nearby.
