• SPM: A pass with a credit in Mathematics, or its equivalent

  • Pass Art (Pendidikan Seni) / Engineering Drawing subjects at SPM level or equivalent
  • Pass the portfolio test for those who fail or do not take Art subjects
• Matriculation /Foundation / Pre-University studies related to Architecture and related fields: A pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.0
• STPM: A pass with a minimum Grade C (GPA 2.0) in any subjects, or its equivalent
  • Pass Art (Pendidikan Seni) / Engineering Drawing subjects at SPM level or equivalent
  • Pass the portfolio test for those who fail or do not take Art subjects
• Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in Architecture and related fields: A pass with minimum CGPA of 2.0
• Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) in Architecture and related fields: A pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 as accepted by the senate, or its equivalent
• Any other Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in Science and technology: A pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 may be admitted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment process

• DKM/DLKM/DVM: A pass (HEP is required to implement a screening and bridging programme which corresponds to the programme field)

International Students (Senate minimum requirements)

• IELTS: A minimum score of 4.0
• MUET: Band 3 OR its equivalent.
