Gain Insights Into the Importance of Social Work Education and Training at MCKL’s Free Talk

If you’ve always wanted to find out more about social work, now’s your time to do so.

Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) will be hosting a public talk titled Social Work Practice and Education at its campus on 20 March 2018 to highlight the relevance of professional social work education and training for those who are committed to helping marginalised communities.

The talk will be given by Foundation for Social Studies and Development trustee Datuk Dr Denison Jayasooria.

The event is organised by MCKL’s Diploma in Social Work (DSW) Programme, which was developed to provide a pathway for those who are involved or would like to be involved in social services and welfare work but did not have access to professional social work education and training.

The talk is also a welcome opportunity for you to learn about the programme offered by MCKL, which commences on 6 April 2018.
