1. This contest is jointly organised by Breakout™ and Distinctive Education Advisor Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organisers’).
2. This contest is open to all Malaysians.
3. This competition will commence on 9 July 2018.
4. All persons (‘Contestants’) taking part in this contest must follow the rules of the contest, including leaving their answer on the contest Facebook post’s comment section by MST 23:59 on 22 July 2018. Late submissions will not be entertained.
5. 3 winners will be selected by the end of the contest.
6. The Organisers reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete entries in its sole and absolute discretion.
7. Winners will be informed about their win on 25 July 2018.
8. Winners must reach out to EduAdvisor via Facebook Private Message by 28 July 2018 with their full name, contact number and IC number. The prize will be forfeited automatically if the winner fails to contact the Organiser within the said stipulated time.
9. Winners must collect their prize from the EduAdvisor office before 6.30pm, between 26 July 2018 and 31 July 2018 (weekdays only).
10. Prizes will be forfeited if not collected within the time frame stated after the announcement of winners.
11. The Breakout voucher is valid from 1 August - 31 October 2018.
12. Game room selection will be subject to availability. The maximum capacity per room is 8 players except for the Cerebrum game room in Avenue K, which can only accommodate up to 6 players.
13. Game rooms should be booked beforehand at www.breakout.com.my.
14. During the prize collection, winners must present their IC as proof of their identity.
15. The Organisers and NU Sentral Mall management reserve the right to change the T&C’s of the contest without any prior notice and all decisions made are final.  
16. The prizes for this contest are neither exchangeable for cash or other items, nor are they transferable.
17. Contestants agree that these rules shall be binding on them and that the entries in this contest, including their name and likeness, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organisers.
18. The Contestant acknowledges that the interest and good reputation of the Organisers are of paramount importance. The Organisers reserves the right to disqualify a Contestant from the contest or to withdraw the prize if it believes the Contestant is in breach of its obligations under the rules. The Contestant shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring the Organisers into disrepute.
19. All entries are sent at the risk of the Contestant and if there are technical difficulties experienced arising out of the internet or from any associated equipment or internet security is compromised, the Organisers may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry and shall not accept any liability doing so.
