Junior Health Professionals Workshop: Explore Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology This 4 July 2026

OT, physio or psychology? See which allied health field suits you best!

Published 23 Jun 2026

Ever wondered what it feels like to watch your own muscles fire up under electrical stimulation? Curious how an occupational therapist helps people rebuild the everyday skills most of us take for granted? And what is actually going through a psychologist's mind as they work through a case?

If you want to work in healthcare but aren’t sure which path to take, this is your sign to join the Junior Health Professionals Workshop and explore the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychology, all in one day!

Brought to you by Manipal University College Malaysia (MUCM) and EduAdvisor, this half-day event is happening on 4 July 2026 where you’ll immerse yourself in interactive and hands-on sessions to get a clearer understanding of these three allied health professions.

The activities for the day include:

  • Occupational Therapy: Step into the shoes of someone facing disability-related challenges using real assistive traction devices, and test your cognitive responses using OT tools and equipment used by real professionals.
  • Physiotherapy: Find out how strong your core actually is through a scored physio assessment, and experience what muscle stimulation feels like using the electro devices physiotherapists work with.
  • Psychology: Take on a real case study as a psychologist-for-the-day, then get to know yourself through guided self-reflection and personality assessment sessions.

Alongside these interactive activities, you'll also have the chance to connect with MUCM, one of the top healthcare education providers in Malaysia, explore their programmes, and get study recommendations tailored to your interests and background through 1-on-1 personalised counselling sessions.

You’ll also receive a Certificate of Participation as a token of your attendance.

Attendance is free but seats are limited. So, make sure to sign up now!
