Are you considering to further your studies after receiving your degree? If yes, then you’ll definitely want to attend Heriot-Watt University Malaysia’s Postgraduate Preview Day happening on 15 May!
This event will feature special insightful talks about 3 separate industries — Built Environment (The Next Wave of Construction 4.0), Business (Disrupting the Future: The Business Graduate as Leader) and Engineering (The Future of Energy in the Age of AI).
Here’s what you can expect at each talk:
The Next Wave of Construction 4.0
This session features a keynote by Dr Khalik Mohamad Sabil, who is Heriot-Watt University Malaysia’s Associate Head for the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society. Dr Khalik is experienced in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses for chemical and petroleum engineering programmes.

Disrupting the Future: The Business Graduate as Leader
This session features a keynote by Heriot-Watt University Malaysia’s Academic Programme Director for the Edinburgh Business School, Dr Ann-Marie Sidhu. She has taught ACCA and ICAEW programmes and has spent her academic career teaching UK, Australian and Malaysian undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The Future of Energy in the Age of AI
This session features a keynote by Deputy Provost of Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, Professor Dennis Wong. Playing a key role in the operation of Heriot-Watt’s Malaysia Campus, Professor Dennis Wong has a wealth of experience teaching engineering, computing and science in the UK, Malaysia and China.
You should attend this session if you are interested in: Energy, Renewable Energy and Petroleum Engineering
