Choose any section from the following:

Continuing studies in the field of Medicine:
- SPM: Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects namely Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and one other subject as well as Honours in Malay and English or other equivalent qualifications; or
- O Level: Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects namely Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and one other subject as well as Honours/Grade C in English language teaching or other equivalent qualifications with it; or
- UEC: Pass with at least Grade B4 in 3 subjects i.e., Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics or Additional Mathematics or other equivalent qualifications.

Further studies in the field of Dentistry:
- SPM: Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects namely Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and one other subject as well as Honours in Malay and English or other equivalent qualifications; or
- O Level: Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects i.e., Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and one other subject as well as Honours/Grade C in English or other equivalent qualifications with it; or
- UEC: Pass with at least Grade B4 in 4 subjects which are Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and one other subject or other equivalent qualification.

Further studies in the field of Pharmacy:
- SPM: Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects namely Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and one other subject as well as Honours in Malay and English or other equivalent qualifications; or
- O Level: Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects which are Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and one subject which other as well as Honours/Grade C in English or other qualifications equivalent to it; or

Extension of studies to other fields of Science:
- SPM: Pass with at least Honours in 5 subjects including Mathematics and 2 Science subjects and pass in Malay and English or other equivalent qualifications; or
- O Level: Pass with at least Honours/Grade C in 5 subjects including Mathematics and 2 Science subjects as well as English Language subjects or other equivalent qualifications; or
- UEC: Pass with at least Grade B in Mathematics and 2 Science subjects and pass in Malay and English or other equivalent qualifications.

Further studies in the field of Engineering:
- SPM: Pass with Honours in 5 subjects including Mathematics and one of the Physical Science subjects or other equivalent qualifications; or
- O Level: Pass with Honours/Grade C in 5 subjects including Mathematics and one of the Physical Science subjects or other equivalent qualifications; or
- UEC: Pass with at least Grade B in 3 subjects including Mathematics and one of the Physical Sciences subjects or other equivalent qualifications.

Further studies in the field of Built Environment:
- SPM: Pass with Honours in 5 subjects including Mathematics or other equivalent qualifications; or
- O Level: Pass with Honours/Grade C in 5 subjects including Mathematics or other equivalent qualifications; or
- UEC: Pass with at least Grade B in 3 subjects including Mathematics or other equivalent qualifications.

Continuing studies into the field of Allied Health Sciences:
- SPM: Passed with Honours in 5 subjects including 3 of the following subjects:
  - Biology
  - Physics
  - Mathematics
  - Chemistry
  - English Language; OR
- O Level: Passed with Honours/Grade C in 5 subjects including 3 of the following subjects:
  - Biology
  - Physics
  - Mathematics
  - Chemistry
  - English Language; OR
- UEC: Pass with at least Grade B in 3 of the following subjects:
  - Biology
  - Physics
  - Mathematics
  - Chemistry
  - English Language.
