#1. About IACT College

IACT was founded in the 1970s by a few advertising associations in Malaysia with the aim to provide the best creative communication education to students. As a dedicated school for the creative communication industry, 96% of its graduates are employed within six months of graduation.

The campus is located at VSQ Tower, Petaling Jaya, which is a strategic point in PJ city surrounded by a variety of food outlets, shopping malls, public transportation, banks, hospitals, places of worships and more.

The programmes offered at IACT range from Foundation studies up to Bachelor’s degree specialising in Communication, Graphic Design and Media Studies. IACT also provides an industry-relevant learning environment that is equal to industry standards and practices.

IACT College students are further prepared for their career through mentorship by their lecturers, who possess a vast amount of industry experience. 83% of IACT College lecturers have worked professionally in the industry, with average industry tenure of 12 years.

(a) Off-campus accommodation

There’s no on-campus accommodation. However, you may choose to stay at:

  • The Mansion: The hostel is a 10-minute walk from KL Sentral, which is the country’s main transportation hub with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and banks within the vicinity. The luxurious condominium comes with a gymnasium, BBQ area and is fitted with a 24-hour security.
