This 24 August, Sunway Le Cordon Bleu will be conducting a 4-hour workshop exploring the “South of France Dishes” at Sunway University. Appreciating a symphony of flavours and traditions, you’ll be dishing up some of the traditional favourites and popular dishes in the region, such as ratatouille from Nice, byaldi from Provence and Basque-originated basquaise, a basque style chicken breast.
And what’s more exciting than learning it first-hand from the acclaimed Chef Sylvain Dubreau, Chef Cuisine Instructor for Le Cordon Bleu. An expert of his craft, with years of experience under his knife, Chef Dubreau has worked in Michelin star-studded restaurants and hotels around Paris.
